This video is straight up nuts. Furries, zombies, sweet cars, and Skeletonwitch delivering punishing metal. The song “Bringers of Death” is a b-side from their album “Beyond the Permafrost”. The video comes from the twisted minds at Adult Swim as part of their free compilation featuring a ton of sweet IndieMerch bands. A perfect combination for mayhem.

Guitarist Scott Hedrick had this to say about the compilation/video: “It’s an absolute pleasure to be involved with people who do what they do because they love doing it, and not for any other [ ] reason. That’s been our mentality since day one, and all the bands on this compilation and everyone at Adult Swim seems to share our point of view. We’re happy to be in such great company and a part of a FREE compilation for any and everyone who likes heavy music. It was also killer to be a part of the music video that accompanies the comp. The good people at Adult Swim kept a cooler full of Budweiser for us at the shoot, but what we remember of it was a blast! Heavy metal is indeed still the law…AND it is still [ ] fun!”

The always righteous Bloody Disgusting has the premiere of the GWAR song “Zombies, March!” off their upcoming album “Bloody Pit of Horror.” The song rips and if its any indication of the rest of the album, we are in for a treat.

Head throat thing Oderus Urungus muttered the following:
“Now it begins, the campaign of cosmic suffering that begins the second half of our super-cool 25th Anniversary of eternal hatred! There is no relenting in our assault, as soon as we got done touring “Lust in Space” we went straight into the studio and recorded our latest batch of metallic musings–where ever we go there are great deeds, and songs must be written to honor the slain…so we write a lot of material!”

“Bloody Pit of Horror” hits the shelves on November 9th via Metal Blade.
